The theme for MONO JAPAN 2026:

Until We Meet Again

MONO JAPAN 10

Celebrating 10 Years of MONO JAPAN
—and a New Beginning

Since the very first MONO JAPAN Fair held in Amsterdam in February 2016, the upcoming MONO JAPAN 2026 will mark our 10th anniversary.

Over the past decade, MONO JAPAN has introduced many remarkable Japanese brands and makers to audiences in the Netherlands and across Europe. Alongside them, we have welcomed creators who share Japanese craft and design through workshops, those who express Japanese culture through food and drink, and countless visitors who share our passion.

The businesses, friendships, and collaborations born from these encounters have truly enriched MONO JAPAN’s journey.

With this 10-year milestone, the MONO JAPAN Fair to be held in January 2026 will be the final edition in its annual format.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has visited, supported, and participated from Europe, Japan and beyond. Thank you sincerely for your continued encouragement and warm support over the years.

While the exhibition format will draw to a close for now, the spirit at the heart of MONO JAPAN — to connect cultures — will live on in new forms. We see this milestone not as an ending, but as the beginning of a new chapter toward our next challenge.

In January, MONO JAPAN will present a special programme befitting of this 10-year culmination, as a moment to celebrate, give thanks, and take the first step into our new chapter, together.

Stay tuned for what’s to come.
