&Japonism’s selection brings together artisan teas made from hand-picked leaves gathered from tea gardens across Japan, paired with hand-shaped omusubi rice balls prepared with care and intention. The tea menu features ceremonial-grade matcha, sencha, hojicha, genmaicha, and other richly layered varieties.
They also serve gently sweet treats made with rice flour and matcha, as well as nourishing brown-rice omusubi. Each bite reflects the quiet beauty, craftsmanship, and cultural depth of Japan.

Enjoy freshly hand-shaped nigiri (sushi) crafted by Chef Ooi, whose family roots trace back to Hiroshima’s oldest sushi restaurant. On January 23rd (Fri) and January 25th (Sun), he will be serving nigiri made right before your eyes.
On January 24th (Sat), stop by for beautifully prepared sushi bentos—perfect for a nourishing, authentic taste of Japan during your visit.
About Sushi Ooi
Sushi Ooi offers Nigiri (sushi) catering services. Chef Ooi's grandfather established Hiroshima's oldest sushi restaurant, where Ooi apprenticed for 15 years. For the past three years, Sushi Ooi has been serving authentic Nigiri in the Netherlands, prepared right before the customer's eyes.
